1. Pay attention to the direction of the wind. In order to achieve safe and effective snow removal, the direction of wind is to sweep snow to the roadside. During snow removal, the wind will change at any time. Please adjust the operation according to the wind direction.
2. The location for snow accumulation in advance should be arranged. The height of snow cover in winter depends on the size of the concentrated area. The height of snow accumulation may cause safety problems when driving nearby, which should be paid attention to.
3. The operator shall timely remove the dust, dirt and oil stain attached to each part of the snow blower, and carry out anti-corrosion treatment.
4. Lubricate the pin shaft and bushing with a grease gun within the specified service life.
5. The operator also needs to check each connected component at regular intervals. When the snow removal device breaks, loosens, gets stuck or rotates, if there is abnormal noise, find out the cause and eliminate it.
When snow removal vehicles are used in winter, in the face of complex road conditions and special working environments, attention should be paid not only to driving safety, but also to vehicle maintenance, so as to better play the snow removal performance of snow removal vehicles, improve the snow removal effect, and make the service life of equipment longer.
1. Check the vehicle every day before departure. Before starting every day, the vehicle shall be inspected in all aspects, including whether there is oil leakage or water leakage (see whether there is oil stain or water mark on the floor under the vehicle); Measure the tire pressure to see if the tire pressure is appropriate; Check the oil condition (draw out the oil dipstick to see whether the oil color on it is normal and whether the oil height is appropriate); Don't forget to check whether the spare tire is in good condition, etc.
2. Refuel in time. Fill up the car with fuel before a long trip. When the fuel volume is less than half of the way, you should go to the big gas station to fill up. Don't wait for the fuel lamp to light up before looking for the gas station. It will be very passive.
3. Before using the lifting device to raise and lower, step on the main vehicle clutch, press the power take-off button, engage the power take-off, and then release the main vehicle clutch. When pressing the lifting and lowering buttons, the method of clicking must be used, which cannot be continued.
4. Avoid sudden acceleration during snow removal, and avoid violent braking and sharp turning of the main vehicle during snow removal.
